Jeronimo is a Z03 son out of one of the oldest cow families in our herd. The old Trish 22Y cow was a silver benchmark dam and the MSU Prospector 508 bull was known for fertility and milk. These great traits have carried through to QMF Trish 02F, Jeronimo's dam. Her first calf was our 2nd highest weaning heifer calf. She always puts everything she has into her calves. Jeronimo weighted 92 pounds at birth and had an adjusted 205-day weight of 796 pounds. In addition, 03J continued to do well after weaning. He weighted 1308 pounds at 12½ months. At a frame 6.9, he is long bodied, dark, fully pigmented, and a low marked young bull that has a pedigree full of powerful maternal traits. This is a young bull QMF is looking forward to using on our Prospector cattle, which we believe will work very well.
